Certain phone carriers and countries might encounter issues receiving this code, which is why we recommend adhering to the following steps if the code does not reach your phone:

  • Initially, please wait a few minutes and opt for the "Resend new code" option to request a new code.

  • Ensure that your SIM card is operative and that your phone’s signal reception is stable.

  • Be cognizant of the fact that international roaming can impede your ability to receive our text messages; you may need to cease roaming to successfully acquire our message.

  • Confirm that your phone is currently able to receive text messages. If you're able to receive messages from other sources, attempt to resend the code by selecting the "Resend new code" option.

  • Verify the accuracy of the entered phone number, and try resending the code once more.
