Every Tuesday, the ModelCentro Accounting Department processes and sends payouts to models, incorporating all transactions from two weeks prior. For instance, transactions from September 6 - September 12th will be included in the September 27th payout.

However, to receive your payout, several requirements must be met. Your Dashboard is divided into three sections: All-time Revenue, Amount on Hold, and Next Payout, each displaying different financial metrics.

  • All-time Revenue shows the total sum of all sales on your account from its inception. Every sale is held for 2 weeks before being eligible for payout, accommodating for potential refunds and chargebacks. This hold is only notably impactful when you're new, and less so as you establish regular payouts.

  • Amount on Hold shows the money currently retained due to the aforementioned two-week hold.

  • Next Payout reflects the "cleared" transactions - those no longer on hold and eligible for the upcoming payout.

You can review each transaction's status in your Transactions list, where an indicator will denote whether it’s on hold or cleared.

Once cleared, it contributes towards your next payout, provided it meets the minimum amount specific to your chosen payout method (e.g., at least $100 for ACH). If the minimum is reached, the payout is generated and scheduled for the following Tuesday, as indicated in your Dashboard. If not, the funds roll over to the next payout.
