It is crucial that you obtain and retain compliance documents for any content that features individuals alongside, or instead of the ModelCentro account owner. If a video with other individuals (be they other performers or incidental individuals in public spaces) is uploaded, it is your responsibility to procure and store the necessary compliance documents. Furthermore, you must be prepared to present these documents upon the first request of the ModelCentro Approval team.

To ensure the content uploaded to ModelCentro adheres to compliance standards, the following information must be obtained and stored:

  • Proof of identity and age for all persons depicted in the content.

  • Proof of consent from individuals to be depicted in the content and for the content to be uploaded to ModelCentro and made available to users.

What Constitutes Proof of Identity and Age?

This refers to a legitimate identification document that can verify an individual’s identity and age, typically a copy of a state-issued ID.

What Qualifies as Proof of Consent? Proof of consent is a document or alternative evidence demonstrating to our Approval Team that individuals in the content you upload have provided consent to:

  • Be depicted in the specific content item.

  • Permit public distribution of the content.

  • Allow uploading the content to ModelCentro.

  • Enable content availability for download (if allowing fans to download the content).
