Identify and select the conversation with the user you intend to block.
Click on the 'x' icon, followed by clicking the block sign. If you change your mind or mistakenly block someone, simply click "Undo" to restore the chat.
Alternatively, inhibit a fan from messaging you by visiting their profile. Click on their username or navigate through the Fans list, locate the user, and click on "Active" adjacent to the Messages option.
