Engage and monetize effectively through ModelCentro’s private messaging, a crucial feature that not only bridges the communication gap with your site visitors but also serves as a potent incentive for them to opt for a paid membership.

💡 Remember, personal responses to your member's messages underscore the exclusivity and premium touch of a paid membership, hence should not be ignored.

Staying Informed About New Messages

When new messages pop into your inbox, there are several ways to stay in the loop: choose to get notified via email, encounter visual and sound alerts upon site login, or spot a red number adjacent to the "Messages" in the main menu, all depending on your preferred settings under "Notifications".

Sending a new message

After logging into ModelCentro and selecting "Messages" from the main menu, opt for 'New Message’ or hit the green ‘+’ beside "Messages".

Find your recipient by typing the fan's username, compose your heartfelt message, and hit 'Send'.

To amplify the conversation, add multiple recipients or even message all active members from the dropdown list.

Replying to messages

Just select the relevant conversation, type away, attach media if you fancy, and press 'Send' or use the "CTRL+Enter" key combination.

Searching for conversations

If you need to scout for specific conversations, utilize the search box within the "Messages" to filter conversations by recipient name. To revert back to viewing all messages, simply clear the search box.

Monetizing your site members via private messages

Sell videos and photos piece by piece directly to your members, offering not just content but also the option for custom requests, which you can craft and send exclusively via private messages. Uploading files for this purpose involves moving to 'Uploads' in the menu, selecting your content, and deciding on your next steps, such as sending as a private message where you'll set your price, attach files, and compose your message before sending.

Deleting Messages

Deleting a conversation is as simple as clicking the 'x' icon next to it, with a brief opportunity to undo, so act quickly if you change your mind.
