You may have observed that your content—whether it's a photoset, store item, or video—can have varying statuses in your ModelCentro admin. This guide delineates what each status means and whether it necessitates any actions on your part.
Here's a breakdown:
Processing: Your content is uploaded and currently being processed on our server. Once processing concludes, you'll have the capability to send the content for review.
Unsaved Changes: You've altered your content (either its text or the content itself) and haven’t saved these modifications, meaning they aren’t live on your site presently. Note that this status can appear even if you've clicked on the page and reloaded it.
Pending Approval: Your content is under review to ensure it aligns with our terms of use. Pre-approval can take up to 24 hours, or 48 hours on weekends.
Rejected: Our content management team has identified an issue with your uploaded content and provided a note explaining why it was rejected, along with instructions on how to rectify this issue.
