Model Release Form: Crafted to comply with the 18 U.S. Code 2257 Record-Keeping requirements.
Written Document and Photo:
A written document signed by an individual featured in your uploaded content.
Accompanied by a photograph of the individual holding the signed consent form in one hand and their state-issued ID in the other.
Consent Video:
A video recording of the individual holding their ID adjacent to their face and verbally providing their consent.
Each of these methods is designed to affirm and document that all individuals in the content have provided the necessary legal consent and are of age, safeguarding you and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
